Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I was able to revoke Rutong and Kunlun, but it's now saying the Crown Authority of the Duchy of Ngari does not allow Revocation when trying on Tsakha, Gerze, and Coqen.
The Kingdom should allow it, and the empire's been destroyed by China.
If i destroy the Duchy, i can revoke it, but if i create the duchy again, i cannot revoke it again.
I've previously experienced in the duchy north of it, but since they were outside of the de jure kingdom, i didn't really think much of it at the time.
