[3.0][PXTU] Attrition timing is extremely variable
Game Version

All of the above

No
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When troops enter a county where attrition kicks in, the timing of when that attrition kicks in is absurdly variable. I've seen it take a month before anything happens and sometimes I've lost a huge chunk of troops the same DAY that they entered a country with attrition.
The thing is...this bug has ALWAYS been in the game. I've seen it for a long time and thought it was blaringly obvious enough that it would've been fixed, but I guess not. Attrition should kick in after a set period of time that troops are in a county, perhaps with a small degree of variation. Otherwise it's a roll of the dice that makes no sense. The armies would have supplies with them that would take a set period of time to run out. They aren't going to suddenly starve and lose troops the day they set foot in a county!
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Have a bunch of troops.
Walk them from a county with no attrition to a county with attrition.
May take numerous attempts to see this happen, but it will happen.
