Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I received an event that my wife was sick, likely with dysentery. The event had two options. The first being along the lines, "You there tend to my wife" and one of my vassals would become my court physician (I had no physician when the event fired). The second option being along the lines of, "oh well we all die".
Before accepting the first option I appoint a court physician and then after selecting the first option I know have two court physicians.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1) Have no court physician and have wife/child/self get sick.
2) The event fires that will appoint a court physician by having a qualified vassal tend to them.
3) Select a court physician before accepting the event.
4) Take the first option for the event ordering a vassal to tend to the ill person.
5) Have two court physicians.
5) ?????
6) Profit.
