Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
As member of wolf lodge, I could send demand duel to a rival with no cooldown following a refusal, essentially making it so that I could force the duel as eventually the character got so low on Prestige that the AI felt it had to accept. Assume this is bug and not working as intended.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Be in wolf lodge
2. Demand duel with low personal combat score rival
3. Get refused by rival who then loses prestige
4. Instantly redemand duel
5. Repeat until rival Prestige is so low that AI accept duel.
6. Wonder why there is no cooldown after a duel is refused to re-request one with the same character.
