One line summary of your issue
(3.0)Posthumous child belongs to the wrong dynasty

Game Version
3.0

What expansions do you have installed?
All of the above

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I met this problem in 3.0, that all posthumous child belongs to their mothers dynasty even if his/her parents get married ordinarily. Here I myself met this problem and my grandson belongs to my daughter-in-law's dynasty, which is quite annoying....
In the picture it shows my son get married matrilinerally, but I swear it is an ordinary marriage until my grandson was born, anyway who will let his first born son and heir get married matrilinerally?
In previous version I notice that posthumous child will belongs to their father's dynasty (for an ordinary marriage) but has his/her mother's religion and culture. Maybe changing a baby's culture and religion is quite easy so nobody complains about it, but dynasty is totally another thing...

Steps to reproduce the issue.
