One line summary of your issue
[3.0] Open succession bugged after reforming Hellenic

Game Version
3.0

What expansions do you have installed?
All of the above

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After restoring the Roman Empire, I reformed the Hellenic religion and selected Agnatic Clans option. However, this seems to have bugged after overriding the Imperial Elective succession. Initially, it didn't display any valid heirs at all, and after I gave the title "Despot" to my desired heir, the list of heirs started to display my vassals instead of my sons as valid heirs.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Restore Roman Empire (probably unrelated, but just in case)
Have Imperial Elective succession
Reform pagan faith and select Agnatic Clans to unlock Open Succession (by this point the succession is already bugged)
Give the title "Despot" to one of your children (the heir list will now display your vassals)
