Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I reformed the slavic faith and made it so there is 'pope-like' religious head. Later I decided to give him some land in one of the holy places, just for more role-play BUT one of my vassals decided to counqer him and thus somehow destroyed the 'religious head' title. Is there any way at all to restore the slavic pope, or is he just gone forever now?

Steps to reproduce the issue.
I will attach the save, but this happend like 20 years ago in the game and I dont think there is a way to know exactly how this happened

I can confirm I have experienced the same thing. Will attach my save file as well.

Somehow the rule that guarantees that there is a religious head, landed or not, doesn't get triggered for pagans, if they've been landed before and become unlanded.
