Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
During the event chain for the legend in the Germanic warrior lodge the event chain completely stopped after i was the last one remaining. I am unable to lead armies and do certain decisions due to me being permenently occupied and i have been so for about 15 years now. The legend process bar is stuck at 100% with 1 high ranking member left. Nothing special was happing during the event chain. The save is Ironman.

I can confirm im having same issure.
Playing MP game and 3 payers stuck at 100%
Tooltip just says waiting for characters to be free.
