The dynasty is broken because there's a Persian Sheik from the old gods start that already had the dynasty.

It uses a Muslim CoA as well.

That's because of the Sheik, he's Shia. My guess is the dynasty was already in the game as his pre holy fury, and when they added this family they didn't check to see if there were others of the dynasty.
