Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The Bishopric of Cill Dalua (first a has an accent) or b_killaloe, in the county of Tuadhmhumhain (in Munster) has a completely black coat of arms. I've played there in past version and it wasn't there then, clearly an ugly bug.

There's black CoA:s and Dynasty Shields everywhere. Usually get's fixed in the first post-patch quick fix.

Yes, we're aware of this problem, and it has already been fixed internally so this fix should be in the next patch
