Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When both camels and horse archers are produced as part of the same levy from the same holding only one is actually produced, determinant on whose building was constructed first. In later start dates where both are present only horse archers are produced, no camels.

I experienced this while playing as the Berbers, but I expect the Indian cultures also experience this in desert provinces with War Elephants and Camels.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Play any Feudal Berber lord in a later start date where both Desert Stables and Moorish Calvary Barracks are present in the same holding. Only Horse Archers will be produced, not just in name but in number.

Alternatively, start at an early start date where neither are present, turn on quickbuild, give cash, and set max tech and observe that when Desert Calvary then Moorish Barracks are built that only Camels are produced, and when Moorish Barracks are built first then Desert Calvary only Horse Archers are produced.
