Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I played as a Character and dueled as much as possible going for the Headhunter achievement which requires a ruthless Duelist (Wiki states 50+ Duel xp, 20 ruthless Duelist xp and either cheating xp or 80+ duel xp).
The Achievement popped after i won a duel during the Slavic Warrior Lodge Legend journey, killing my opponent(duel xp reached 80+). I got no Bloodline or other ingame Notification. I also had the Bloodline ambition active. Might be an issue with the Lodge journey or the Ambition not sure.

Confirming this. I was also able to determine the cause - the event to give the bloodline is fired by increase_duel_exp_modifier_effect in common/scripted_effects/01_scripted_effects_duels.txt, lines 3293-3324, which sets the character flag got_duelist_bloodline and fires HFP.402 for the character in two weeks. HFP.402, however, requires that you not have the character flag got_duelist_bloodline in order to fire, meaning that when the two-week-delayed event fires off, it doesn't pass the trigger condition and silently dies without giving out the bloodline.

The trigger condition for HFP.402 (events/HF_battle_events.txt, lines 6017-6061) should just be removed, as they've already been checked when the event is queued up in the scripted effect.
