CK II - 3.0 Game frequently freezes permanently

Thanks for the uploaded save. I could reproduce the issue from it which doesn't seem to be related to your own kingdom and rather with a specific Khagan dying causing some erroneous update calculations. I'll try to get the time to sort this edge-case out for our upcoming patch.

For some reason a nomadic realm managed to create 730 copies of it's top tier title. I have a lead now of where to look!
I did attach an edited version your save game where I removed the faulty and excessive copies. It didn't immediately recreate it for me when I let it roll in observe mode so it should hopefully be playable again from there.

If you notice the freezes again then please poke me again with all of your autosaves and I can hopefully catch the copying titles in action.
