This update for patch 3.0 is quite enormous in size. It's therefor quite likely that most mods will be affected and require an update to be compatible with the new patch. Give your fellow modders some time however since it's hard work to update the compatibility.
So for the upcoming weeks I would recommend to either play unmodded with 3.0 until you've heard which mods have updated.
Or use the steam branch to roll-back the game to 2.8.3.4 and play with the mods until they update.
