Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
A defensive pact has formed against me. Despite having a very high threat %, everyone leaves the defensive pact when I load the game. This has happened on 2 seperate occasions during the game, so it is not an isolated oddity. After leaving, they slowly begin to rejoin the pact. This happens no matter how the game is loaded: Continuing the game from the launcher or main menu, or loading the game all result in the bug. In the screenshot, the 8 major notifications are all of realms leaving the defensive pact, and a few have begun to rejoin.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
-Have a realm with a high threat level, and a defensive pact against it.
-Save the game.
-Load the save and let time pass.
