Yes. Just flat water and revolutionary borders, nothing that messes with checksum.
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
One of my clans revolted while I was fighting a religious uprising. I try to join my army up with a blue stack and turns out they're actually enemies. The battle doesn't go well for me (screencap 1). The hostile blue stack changed to red after I ended the war against the religious rebels. Screencaps 2 & 3 show the before and after of offering peace. If you look close in cap 2, you can see the big blue 6k stack has a bunch of reds attached to it. When no additional armies are attached, these guys are indistinguishable from allies.
This is the second game I've played since Holy Fury launched where I've seen the hostile blues. I don't really remember the circumstances of the first one, but I think it happened when a crusade fired while I was in another war.
