Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After reforming my faith with the Enatic ideology, my Marshal still randomly recruits Male Commanders while Organizing the army despite males technically being unable to hold the Commander title anymore.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Start a new game as a pagan.

2. Reform your religion with the Enatic trait.

3. Give your Marshal the Organize Army job.

4. Revoke one of your Commander and keep one Commander slot open for the recruitment event to trigger.

5. Wait or trigger the "Discovery of a great military talent" (MNM.70012)

The problem is in MNM.70013, where a random MALE soldier is created, without checking status of women laws, or enatic or equal religion features.

Reported internally, and should be fixed in a future patch.

Oh yeah my bad MNM.70012 is the start of the Chain, 70013 is indeed the event that spawn the Male Commander
