Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When reforming the African religion with either Agnatic or Enatic doctrine as well as the Totem-Guardians doctrine (which enables eldership succession law), open succession is implemented as a result of using the Agnatic or Enatic doctrine. When I look at the avaliable succession laws, eldership is not an available law. Before the reformation I was using eldership as my succession law but it is unavaliable after reforming UNLESS you take the Totem-Guardians doctrine (except this bug disables eldership succession).
The Equality doctrine does not interfere with eldership succession law. I suspect the bug is related to the Enatic/Agnatic doctrines unlocking open succession and immediately implementing them but for some reason not allowing eldership when used in combination with Totem-Guardians.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Reform African faith with Agnatic/Enatic and Totem-Guardians doctrine.
