Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Reformed Norse religion, went Warmongering, Ragnarok, Astrology, and Temporal. Switched to Elective Monarchy as soon as I could.
Two issues:
1. Electors sometimes switch on monthly tick who they're supporting, notably switching between my chosen heir and another target with much, much lower opinion (the one I remember was switching between my chosen heir and himself, with himself at -500 or so). Happened a few times.
2. Ruler's choice no longer has primacy - even between a bunch of one-vote choices, the heir predicted to win can not be the ruler's choice (though it also sometimes can be)
