Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The King of Jerusalem in already has the title of the Kingdom of Jerusalem from the game start in 1204. However, after winning a crusade for his own title, he gained the extra (titular) title of Kingdom of Crusader Jerusalem next to his original title. This happened in every game I've played starting in 1204, so it should be easy to reproduce. I haven't tried it with other game start dates, but I figure it'll be the same for every other start date where the Kingdom of Jerusalem already exists.
(Had this reported before, but now made sure the checksum was correct, and added a save)
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start in one of the later starts with an extant Kingdom of Jerusalem, wait for Jerusalem to be the subject of a Crusade. Once the crusade is won, its king will have received an extra superfluous Crusader Kingdom of Jerusalem title in addition to his old Kingdom of Jerusalem title.
