Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Was top contributor in Crusade for Kingdom of Croatia, which was held by a Slavic Carpathia Emperor. Chose to play as beneficiary after winning, beneficiary awarded kingdom of croatia. Kingdom started out tribal at lowest tribal authority, with primogeniture inheritance. Says "Catholic Kingdom", but has tribal laws, penalty for feudal holdings, buttons to upgrade to republic or feudalism.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Not sure how to make the Pope target specific Kingdom so unsure if its just Croatia or crusades against tribals in general.
