One line summary of your issue
3.0 Churching event for new mothers wrongly implies child is a bastard

Game Version
PXTU

What expansions do you have installed?
All of the above

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The 'churching' event for new mothers HFP.20020 can have a line in the description saying "I called out the name of the real father of my newborn child," even if the child is perfectly legitimate. It uses that description any time the flag_churching_sinner flag is set, which is more likely in the case of cuckoo babies, but does not require them.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Not easily replicable at will, but examination of events HFP.20019 and HFP.20020 in HFP_pregnancy_events.txt makes it clear. The "calls out real father" line is in EVTDESCHFPD20020, used when flag_churching_sinner is set in HFP.20019 , which has no absolute requirements.
