If a married character and her male concubine have a child, this triggers the "white lie" cuckold event against her husband, appears to be Event ID 402.
Event should check for concubines before firing.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
(1) Play as female character, married, with male concubine.
(2) Have a child by a concubine.
