Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
My son is 15 and I have had the groom an heir ambition for some time yet I can't introduce him to court, it doesn't even come up when I right click him, and I never got a notification for it either.

You can only introduce your heir to the realm, the son you want to introduce to the realm isn't the heir to your primary title.
