Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Apparently you can only gain this achievement by acquiring the theologian trait via the theology focus. Which is perfectly fine and actually an accomplishment. But now you can also easily get the trait through the hermetic society and choosing an hermetic art. In light of that maybe the Steam description should be clarified

The description is correct. The achievement will only fire if you get the trait from the Theology focus event WoL.7070. If you get the trait from the Hermetic Society you won't get the achievement.

It just says "Gain the Theologian trait". Not "Gain the Theologian trait through the theology focus"
