Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
'repelled' for Thugluq, as for Brian he wasn't of legend he's a historical King, and "end the Viking occupation of the isle" is just not true at all. I'd suggest something like "Ended the Uí Néill domination of the High Kingship of Ireland, and united the entire Emerald Isle under his rule."
