3.0 Bishop conversion to Hellenic is very bugged

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
While playing as Hellenic Reformed Roman Emperor
when I ask my Catholic theocratic vassals to convert to Hellenic following bugs happens:
1) They lose all Temple holdings - new random Hellenic characters are created for each holding
2) They leave the council
3) They keep 'Cardinal' title if they have it so they end up being Hellenic cardinals -edit: they lose the title after some time
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1)Load save
2)Select player character's father - Cardinal Augusto 'the Bloody' of Memphis (bishop of Memphis in Egypt)
3) Demand religious conversion (send gift if required)
