The Byzantine artifact "Imperial diadem" has a restriction that the holder must be emperor of Byzantine empire. This means after restoring the roman empire, it becomes inactive.
This is clearly a bug, since the flavor text describes it as 'a crown only fit for the true heirs of Rome".
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Play as Byzantine Emperor, restore Rome, check artifacts.
