Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When granting a castle holding to someone who held another kind of title before (bishopric or city), the holder will turn back to his old kind of holding, even though he is shown as feudal in the character portrait. This does not happen if the character never held a title before, even if they lived in a city or bishop holding.
I would expect the character portrait to show the actual government system instead, if that behaviour is intended, so that I do not accidently create non-feudal holders.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start a game as the Duke of Holland in the 769 start, who has sufficient empty castles to give away. Wait till Ostfriesland is conquered by Saxony. Invite the former bishop, mayor and count to your court. Grant each of them a county castle holding (for example Zeeland, Brabant and Westfriesland). You will have one lord-bishop, one lord-mayor and and count, all holding castles.
