[3.0.1] Temporary revolt title is treated as Muslims ruling over Christian lands

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
In my campaign the crusades triggered due to "the very heartlands of Christianity" being "under siege by infidels". I looked around to see if Iberian Muslims had taken part of France or something but saw nothing of the sort. Eventually I realized the culprit must be the ongoing independence revolt that Genoa is facing. Turns out that the revolt is led by a Muslim count in Sardinia, and was joined by the (Catholic) duke of Provence, so I guess the game sees this as Provence being under Muslim control, which it really isn't.

(Obviously the screenshot is in 1104 and the crusades were going to trigger soon anyway, but in theory this could cause them to start as early as 900.)

Steps to reproduce the issue.
