Sometimes, when I hire mercenaries, they appear in the province their leader is taking residence in, instead of in or next to my capital. This seems to happen more often when my capital is occupied. This happened three times in two Ironman runs I had, and two times when I tried to replicate it with cheats.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1 - Get capital and nearby provinces occupied by an enemy
2 - Hire mercenaries.
