One line summary of your issue
3.0.1 (CDYZ) Years at Peace for forge bloodline ticking up during war

Game Version
3.0.1

What expansions do you have installed?
All of the above

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Years at peace from Forge Bloodline only resets when a war is declared upon you, but not at any point afterwards when it comes to that war.
This means that you can get a bloodline from 'ruling at peace' for 30 years during a 30 years long war. But also after a 20 years war you'd only need 10 more years in contrast to the expected 30 years.

Presumably an easy way to fix it would be to add a progress reset to 0 on the hidden events when a war is ended as well as adding the same progress reset to 0 in the hidden event that checks if you're eligible for any of the peace bloodlines if you're at war when the event happens.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Play as any character eligible for the ambition Forge Bloodline
Take said ambition
Have a war be declared upon you
Stay at war.
