I've had Conclave disabled for a while. Today I noticed that, as the King of Ireland, all of my dukes had a -10 opinion malus, "Not on the council". Are they mad that there is no council or what?
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Pretty straightforward. Start a game with Conclave disabled, but other expansions active. Be a king. Check opinion modifiers on high-ranking vassals.
