Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Aubry is a prince-bishop leading a revolt against my vassal, Duke of Burgundy. Since Aubry is only temporarily my direct vassal, I should not be able to make him an antipope, but I can.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Load save
2. Go to Religion screen (F9)
3. Find Aubry, leader of the Burgundian Revolt, in the list
4. Click "Make Antipope"
