Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When the liege of player character attempts to change the law, the liege ask PC approving or not it.
However, despite PC replied "decline" or "ignore", the game always considers approving it. So, player actually cannot oppose liege's propose.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Start Count Saru of Gaochang in 769 scenario.
2. Liege asks Saru approving change the tax law. (at this point, Saru is already considered approving it. See attached image.)
3. choosing "decline" or "ignore".
4. Check "Liege Council". Saru is considered voting "Yes" in spite of replying "decline" or "ignore".
