Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I have a -30 negative opinion hit with the pope because of free investiture negative modifier.

Which should not be the case since I do in fact have Papal investiture.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
The investiture policy was changed after an event where the pope asks me to change investiture law to papal.

You don't happen to have more than one kingdom or empire title? I might be wrong, but I believe you get the opinion hit if just one of your kingdoms/empires has free investiture
