Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Most of the Portrait Packs, especially the newest ones have 15 types of beards to use. However in 00_portrait_properties.txt only 11 types of beards are set to be used, so the last 4 beards are never used and never appear in the game.
This issue affects Mediterranean, Iberian, German, English, Cuman, Indian, South Indian, Tibetan, East African, Chinese Portraits and maybe more of them. Those are the ones I looked.
The solution could be to add numbers 11, 12, 13 and 14 under #p4 beard in 00_portrait_properties.txt with factor = 1 so that they can be used in game.
The screenshot attached is to show that Iberian Portraits have 15 types of beards.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Look in ruler designer for beard number 11, 12, 13 or 14 of a portrait pack and remember it.
2. Start a game or load a save game.
3. Look for the beard you remember in people using that portrait.
4. See that it is not used by anyone.
