Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I only control the Roman Empire, two duchies in Italy, and several counties in Italy. I do not control the kingdom of Italy, which is in the hands of one of my vassals. When I create a kingdom, it becomes my primary title, and I cannot give it away.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Using the save attached, simply create the kingdom of Greece and it will become your primary title. I'm not sure how the save became this way.
