Thank you for your report! I've added this issue to our database. Though "double information" in tooltip should be fixed for version 2.8.3.Was the game you are playing started in previous version?
If yes, can you, please, follow the next steps:
1. Start a new game (check that the version is 2.8.3.2)
2. Trigger event HL.5050
3. Check if tooltip for option two still has contradicting information.
