Please explain your issue in as much detail as possible.
In a recent game of mine I attacked a Hindu king as a Sunni in a holy war targeting the duchy that contained said rulers demesne.
When winning the war instead of me getting the duchy (vassalizing or usurping titles as necessary), and the king emergency usurping one of his vassal's titles, the king just became my vassal.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Load the attached game, as the current player character
2. Enforce demands in the ongoing war
3. Observe the vassalization of an entire (multi-duchy) kingdom via one holy war for a single duchy
