One line summary of your issue
[2.8.3.2][SAHQ] "Include Lower Titles" to monastic feudal courtier results in theocracy

Game Version
2.8.3.2

What expansions do you have installed?
All of the above

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When you are playing as a monastic feudal ruler, whenever you grant a landed title to an unlanded courtier, if you tick the "Include Lower Titles" box, then you get an unexpected and undesirable outcome: your courtier becomes a theocratic non-feudal vassal instead of a monastic feudal ruler such as yourself.

This means that, if you want to have a monastic feudal vassal, you must tediously grant him each barony one-at-a-time, or else grant the courtier a castle first and then you can use the "Include Lower Titles" box for the rest of his titles. The latter option really only works well if you plan to give him a duchy.

It would be a significant quality-of-life and principle-of-least-astonishment improvement to have any eligible unlanded courtier become a monastic feudal ruler if he is granted both a castle and a temple at the same time, instead of becoming a theocratic ruler.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Start as a powerful monastic feudal ruler, such as the Emperor of Tibet in 769
2. Gain enough karma and then adopt the Title Revocation allowed law
3. Choose a demesne province that contains both a castle and a temple, such as Nêdong, and revoke all barony-tier vassals
4. Ensure that a castle is the capital/top holding of the province
4. Choose an unlanded male courtier of your own culture and religion
5. Using the "Include Lower Titles" option, grant the chosen county to the chosen courtier
