Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After converting my game to EU4 the Roman Empire ends up with Welsh Ideas. This doesn't get fixed up after the EU4 game is started.
Looking in the produced mod and comparing it with an older converted game it looks as if the common/ideas/!_roman_ideas.txt file hasn't been included in the produced mod.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Reform the Roman Empire in CK2.
Convert the game to EU4.
Load in EU4.
