Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
immune_syphilis should get added to the factor=0 checks for relevant symptoms.

immune_rabies should in theory be possible as well, though rabies is currently far weaker than it should be. Even in the modern day, if you don't already have some degree of immunity, once rabies symptoms manifest, you are already dead.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Give yourself syphilis, get cured by a method that provides immunity, get related symptoms (e.g. headaches) over and over again until it makes syphilis.

Rabies is -7 health. Arguably it should be more deadly than even the Plague (which is also -7), but I've always died within days of getting it

IMO it should be progressed with a small event chain to -9 or so. It's an absolutely horrifying way to die.
