Please explain your issue in as much detail as possible.
Claims of Muslim women can never be pressed even if the woman is a human controlled ruler with "Full Status of Women" and "Absolute Cognatic" succession, the claim is strong and the target is an underage girl in regency with cognatic succession.
I am not sure if it is working as designed that pressing claims of Muslimahs against cognatic succession titles doesn't work in the first place, but at the very least there should be more exceptions.
Like being allowed to press one's own claims and being able to press claims of female Muslim claimants after Notable or Full Status of women is achieved ...
It might also be a good idea to change the tooltip for claims to reflect the intended behavior if applicable.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Play as a female ruler.
2. Convert to an Islamic religion.
3. Observe that you can't press your own claims anymore
Optional:
4. change law to "Full Status of Women" and succession to "Absolute Cognatic" -> observe that you still can't press your own claims or those of female Muslims in your realm.
