Moray owes me a favor, when I try to "call in council support", nothing happens.
I think a contributing factor is that I'm under his influence. He used "request council support" back when I was a duke -- that's how I got the favor from him.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Load
2. Appoint Moray to council
3. Right-click him and "Call in Council Support"
