One line summary of your issue
2.8.2.1 SAHQ: Infinite loot from trade post when looter has NAP with province owner or liege

Game Version
2.8.2.1 SAHQ

What expansions do you have installed?
All of the above

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When a looter has a NAP with the owner, or a liege of the owner, of a province containing a trade post, and neither the owner of the trade post nor any liege of the trade post's owner has a NAP with the looter, the trade post can be sieged continually for loot as long as the looter is looting the top liege of the trade post owner.

Usually when a holding in province containing a trade post is looted, the trade post is destroyed. This does not happen in this case, and the looted holding modifier is not applied to the trade post, allowing it to be continually looted.

The result is similar to https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/foru...pam-w-raiders-after-peace-2-8-2-wvuu.1098409/ and https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/index.php?threads/infinite-loot.1067097/ but the underlying cause seems to be slightly different.

The attached save sets up such a scenario.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Get a NAP with the owner or a liege of the owner of a province with a trade post not owned by the character with which the NAP is secured, or one of their vassals or below.
2. Start raiding the realm to which the owner of the trade post in step 1 belongs.
3. While still hostile to the trade post owner due to raiding, send raiders to the province in step 1.
4. The trade post can be looted continually while the looter remains hostile to the trade post owner.
