Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I was Emperor of HRE and king of Sicily, Friedrich II Hohenstaufen likely started on the 1220 bookmark.
HRE had agnatic elective.
Sicily had agnatic-cognatic gavelkind.
My only son had died and left a daughter which was thus no candidat for the HRE, but heiress to Sicily, while being duchess of Swabia.
-> When i died she inherited Sicily and counties there, but lost the duchy title and vassals of Swabia and the only county title she had there, even though she remained a vassal to the HRE.
That can't be working as designed, can it ?
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Not sure, i played ironman.
Simply replay the scenario and kill a potential male heir or so...

I stopped playing right after that inheritance.
