Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After an embargo war, apparently you cannot build trade ports in that realm. The problem is the game gives no indication of this, it will simply take your gold and then have the trade port not get built.
The game should not allow you start even building the trade port, preferably with a indication why in the tooltip.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1) Lose an embargo war, or have your liege lose a embargo war.
2) See a nice green button to build a sweet sweet trade post in a province.
3) Lose your gold, get no trade post.
4) Repeat steps 2-3 until you are out of gold.
5) Search google and forums for explanation on why this is happening.
