Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
We already know that character don't take their family with them on inheritance and usurpation of titles. Here are two more:
1. Adventurer claimants do not take their family at the start of the war (when they create temporary title). Maybe it's a good thing, why do you need your kids on the battlefield. But I remember they used to do it before. Other problem is - when adventurer loses a war, he becomes courtier of his enemy, so it creates a long distance relationship.
2. On "ask to leave court" interaction. Maybe it's WAD but something is not right when you ask someone to leave and his/her family just stays there. And if you ask to leave husband and then his wife, they will end up in different random courts.
I think asking to leave court should have the same requirements and effects as asking to join court.
Edit. My knowledge turned out to be outdated. Courtier's wife is moving but non-adult children stay at my court. If it is supossed to be this way (children are property of liege) then it's ok. Still when you ask someone to join, kids also join your court, seems strange.
*kind of additional suggestion. If you ask to leave someone who has landed relatives and such, it would be nice if they moved there, not to just random ruler's court.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Find married adventurer claimant preparing a war and switch to his liege. His family will stay at court after he declares war.
2. Ask married character to leave court. His/her (outdated - spouse and) kids will stay. (outdated - Ask spouse to leave and he/she will move to different court)
