Landed relatives with "restrict marriage" activated break all bethrothals.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Land any of your children/grandchildren.
Restrict marriage for this character.
Arrange a bethrothal with anyone.
It will break within two weeks or even faster.
From what I tried, it does not depend on the sequence of actions. You may arrange-restrict-land in any order. Also it does not matter if character is already married (for muslims) or single and it does not matter if any side of bethrothal is adult or not.
